Ada beberapa miss koordinasi saat check in, namun stafnya sangat ramah dan menghandlenya dengan baik, Ramah untuk keluarga, Fasilitas kolam renangnya bagus, Viewnya bagus Sarapanya istimewa

整體不錯，有泳池呢，同事們住的舒服，早餐也不錯，前台都會講英語，出了點小差池，酒店耐心的解決了，整體滿意。

Location was perfect, in the middle of karawang city and surround by malls. Parking area not so big but fair enough. The room odor not quite good, but the ameneties of pillow was great.

Nginep di hotel ini karna liat di tiktok fasilitas hotel ini lengkap ada billiard , ada ofuro ( berendam air panas ) tapi ternyata pas dateng fasilitas itu ga ada bilang nya lagi close , trus kamar yg aku inepin lampu kamar nya keluarin air gitu kaya bocor. Tapi aman sih tim mereka langsung dateng buat benerin cuma ya perlu waktu. Untuk lebersihan hotel dan kamar lumayan bersih. Plus nya di hotel ini sarapan nya enak2 rasa nya dan banyak varian menu nya. Dan hotel ini di depan mall jadi cara makan juga gampang. Semoga kedepan nya bisa lebih baik lagi ya.

Originally living in Dubai come to Karawang for short 訂房網站. Got a very long flight from my last 2 weeks 訂房網站 from Europe, and continued from Dubai to Karawang. Jetlag, my daughter 3 years old complaining about bad smell ( i guess from the cigarette smoke) Even the room and corridor it’s non smoking but quite strong. I guess the hotel have to take this concern seriously. After first day long sleep and asking for the kettle and borrow the iron from 10 AM have to wait until 2 AM next day to get it. I don’t understand why there’s no explanation because i have to follow up until 3 times then i got the iron almost next day. Below far from my expectations,sadly. Anyway i have extended for the 3rd night check ou on 25th. Hope gotta feel better feelings about staying here for The first time.
